Renovation Nils Finne traditional Tudor

Renovation is mainly concerned with kitchen design, a very modern new home built in a traditional Tudor around Queen Anne Seattle. Although there is no mold or traditional details in the kitchen, the common language between the two time periods is based on a rich textured materials and obsessive attention to detail and craft. Kitchen design depends on creating a very simple continuous space occupied by the cabinets made intense, counters and fixtures. Materials such as steel, walnut, lime, Alaska yellow cedar textured,
and seaweed are used in juxtaposition, allowing each ingredient to benefit from the adjacent contrast
in texture and color.
